Students from Indonesia visit our hospital

As part of the EMSA and AMSA Twinning Project - a program of intercontinental student exchange with School of Medicine University of Rijeka, a group of medical students from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta visited Rab Psychiatric Hospital, the teaching hospital of School of Medicine in Rijeka. The students were accompanied by a radiological technology student from Rijeka, Matej Butigan.
In intercultural encounters and exchanges everybody wins. Thus, we were pleased to show our guests the hospital and the therapeutic approach, but also to hear something about the Indonesian health care system. The sightseeing tour was greatly helped by the beautiful sunny day, and our day was additionally brightened by the lovely messages the students wrote in our Book of Impressions.
